Alright so to start with the Sims 3 loading screen was glitchy and not really working correctly. Taking forever to load which is uncommon for my game. If it does manage to get past the first loading screen, there is some writing missing in some of the text boxes. If you go on to continue into a new world/game it stops working and shuts down. I did install Sims 3 Island Paradise prior but it was working fine before this stuff happened. I was checking to see what could be the matter and I realized my Sims 3 Game Folder which has the Bin Folder in it I believe is missing.
Could this be the problem and what do I do to fix it? I've searched everywhere for it including my computer's recycle bin, my documents and even did a PC search for it and I have found nothing.

Try taking your Sims 3 folder from My Documents / Electronic Arts Move that sims 3 folder to your desktop. Don't lose it as it has all of your saved games and downloaded content.
